An official personalised letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration procedure. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Programme.Please visit the ‘Discover Hamburg’ page on the Congress website.Participants of e-INS 2023 Congress are requested to consult the German Embassy or Consulate in their home country or a travel agency for specific details relating to visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the e-INS 2023 Congress participant to obtain a visa if required.

The processing period for visa issuance may vary between different visa applications. Visa applicants are therefore reminded to apply early for their visa, well in advance of the anticipated travel date.The official language of the Congress is English.All event activities (including educational sessions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.During the entire Congress, attire will be informal.The e-INS 2023 Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Weather in Hamburg at the end of August/early September tends to be changeable. Expect mild and possibly sunny days but also prepare for cooler weather. The temperatures drop in the evenings.Kenes Group
